Description

Spiraling up the trunks of the oldest trees, Dreamvine bears small purple flowers that release a sweet fragrance at dusk. The elves cultivate it in their sacred groves, for they discovered its properties in ages past.

Properties

Dreamvine induces deep, restful sleep free from nightmares. It is used to treat insomnia, anxiety, and the trauma of battle. Some seers use it to enhance prophetic dreams, though this practice carries risks.

Preparation

Harvest flowers at twilight for maximum potency. Dry gently and brew as tea to be consumed before sleep. The leaves may be burned as incense for milder effect. Never combine with alcohol, for the combination may prove fatal.
