Description

Once lazy fey cursed by their queen, quicklings now move so fast they appear as blurs. They stand only two feet tall but can cross a room before the eye registers movement. This speed comes at a cost - they age rapidly and live short, frantic lives.

Behavior

Quicklings are cruel and resentful of their curse. They serve powerful fey as spies and assassins. Their rapid perception makes them easily bored, leading to dangerous pranks and impulsive violence.

Combat Notes

Nearly impossible to hit with normal attacks. They make multiple strikes before you can react. Area effects are most reliable. Slowing magic is extremely effective. They tire quickly during prolonged fights.
