Description

Those who died of plague and were denied proper burial rites may rise as Plague Bearers - rotting corpses that spread the diseases that killed them. Swollen with pestilence, they shamble forth seeking to share their suffering.

Behavior

Plague Bearers instinctively seek populated areas. They feel compelled to spread infection through touch, bite, or simply proximity. Where one appears, epidemics follow unless contained immediately.

Combat Notes

Fire is essential - destroy corpses completely. Maintain distance and use ranged attacks. Protective masks and wards against disease mandatory. Quarantine any who make contact.
