Description

These flowing robes of sky-blue silk never seem to settle, constantly rippling as if in a gentle breeze even in still air. They weigh almost nothing and grant their wearer extraordinary speed and agility.

History

Woven by the Wind Priests over generations, each High Windkeeper adds threads to the Vestments during their tenure. They have accumulated centuries of blessings from Leviathan''s faithful.

Powers

The Vestments allow their wearer to run on air as if it were solid ground, fall any distance without harm, and move with the speed of wind. They also provide protection against weather of any kind.

Requirements

The Vestments are ceremonial garb for the High Windkeeper and pass to each successor. They serve adequately for any faithful of Leviathan but reach full power only for the High Windkeeper.
